Our business is a logistics and home delivery organisation. The aim of labor includes last-mile delivery for furniture companies, meeting work for fitness installs, and point-to-point courier labors.
What is your position?
I am the senior director of integrations. I work on the software side, handling outgrowth requirements, and migrations from legacy methods, as well as client data integration.

What business challenge were you trying to address with Icreon?
We have a legacy software method, which we are looking to move away from.

Icreon leading duty was to feel the livelihood of our legacy method, which had been developed by a different team years ago and taken over by our organisation behind an acquisition. Icreon became household with the method and has been maintaining it for over 3 years.
We determined to create our own solution in-house and determined to have Icreon help us create the software. They feeld requirements gathering, business analysis, and other tasks, spearheading the initial process as well as the outgrowth.
Our platforms are order treatment methods for inner and outer users. Clients send delivery orders that are viewed innerly and assigned by dispatchers to different carriers and meeting technicians. The client can then log into their methods, view orders, and track them.
Our legacy method has been built using .NET. The newer software we have been developing is a mix of Java and other technologies.
I don',t know what the exact size of our team from Icreon was. We interacted straightly with Icreon project director as well as having a director innerly.
Could you prepare a perception of the size of this set in financial provisions?
The aim of our project with Icreon was in the $2 million range.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We seted working unitedly in 2013. Our relationship with Icreon has transitioned since we were acquired by another structure. They have taken on Icreon as another outgrowth resource for our inner methods.

Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?
One of the biggest strengths of Icreon has been taking our business tenor into account and because the wide range of users who will not be interested in the technical side of things. I appreciated the end-to-end of the requirements gathering done by Icreon and being able to come in and meet with a technical individual while also getting into the lowest end of our needs as dispatchers and client labor representatives.
How did Icreon accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Icreon has been on track and organized, which is another thing that struck me from the set almost their organisation. We used JIRA for project treatment and Unfuddle for methods support. Icreon used GitHub in order to check in code. Icreon was very pliant in provisions of the tools to be used for the project.
What distinguishes Icreon from other preparers?
I appreciated Icreon',s power to work with all parts of our business and knowledge our tenor. Icreon has also been good at working with other outgrowth partners and vendors. Prior to our acquisition, all of our outgrowth was done through third parties, so collaborating with other teams and connecting unequal parts of the business was a piece that impressed me almost Icreon.
Is there anything Icreon could have betterd or done differently?
No. Icreon has gone the extra mile in assisting us. During the Labor Day weekend two years ago [2014], which is an significant time for our business, there were auto-email installations that broke in the middle of the night. Icreon stepped into the method and manually sent our 3,000 or so emails. This happened with our old method, which Icreon inherited. They have tried to better it as practicable, care it running even though it hadn',t been built or documented well, coming from a mom-and-pop shop. We',ve had some hiccups like this one, but Icreon has always been there for us. Their level of observation and touch has always been astounding to me.
