What challenge were you trying to address with Inflection Point?
When I began working at Laureate Online Education, our web team was not optimal. The construction was looking to reponder the marketing website of the business, so we needed help and resources to move us advanced.
We had already determined to use the Sitecore platform, so we were looking for resources who were proficient in that area.
What particular tasks were Inflection Point responsible for?
They granted an onshore constructor for us who came into the service to work with two resources on our side. Inflection Point took time to apprehend our business and project needs, and then put unitedly some recommendations.
Our offshore resources helped us with outgrowth work and ongoing improvements. At one point in time, they also added other resources to help us with a Salesforce project.

The individual I worked for at the time had a preceding relationship with somebody at Inflection Point and introduced us.

We spent between $500,000–$1 million.
What is the terminal result of working with Inflection Point?
We worked unitedly from January 2015–January 2017.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
We were able to expressively increase lead capture. We had a 25% increase in our fundamental leads. There’s no question that we had expressive improvements in our lead age efforts. All of our resources were bigly fitted.
How did Inflection Point accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We ran an nimble shop, using scrum methods. We had daily stand-ups and worked closely with them. They had someone on their side making sure that the project ran smoothly. So, it was a good relationship.
Our constructor resource had a big apprehending of Sitecore and helped us construction our constructorure well. Inflection Point worked well with the business and technology teams. The team interacted very well in English.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Inflection Point?
Inflection Point had good rates in provisions of the value we got. The team worked well unitedly and we didn’t see any disconnects between our on- and offshore resources. They were also in a correspondent timezone as us, which was helpful.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

Do you have any advice for possible clients?
The on-website resource is more of an account director. He was a good powerful technician who had big interaction experiences. The key to our achievement was that he had the power to not only facilitate the rest of his construction but also to fetch the technology constructorure experiences we needed.
