I’m a interactions official at the Illinois Municipal Retirement Funds (IMRF). We’re the second-bigst open pension in Illinois.

What challenge were you trying to address with Inflection Point?

Our open website in 2014 was by-gone and unable to meet our needs. We needed to blow up the old website and propel a new one.

What particular tasks were responsible for?

We partnered with Inflection Point to revamp and repropel our open website. The team was implicated in see step from concept to propel to support and livelihood.

After that, Inflection Point built the website in Sitecore CMS. They helped form the testing program preceding to roll-out. Our web commerce has doubled over five years. Users also bestow more time on our website, and the number of clients who form online accounts with us has increased. The fact that our relationship with Inflection Point has gone over the project also speaks to their unappropriated level of labor and our trust in the firm.  

How did Inflection Point accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
