We were assigned a project director who was with us for almost five months. He left the organisation halfway through our project. After that happened, we didn’t have a point of touch and had to call general numbers to get a hold of the nation who were handling our project.
We eventually came to acquire that a team of ten developers in Pakistan had worked on our app. This came as an excellent surprise to us owing INGIC had told us that their developers were in the US.
Describe the contact this engagement has had on your business.
After an excruciating eight months, we had our leading demo from INGIC, and it was a complete mess. They proceeded with outgrowth, and the complete project took a whopping 14 months to complete. We wanted an outer agency to review the rise code precedently we made the terminal payment, but INGIC refused.
We ended up making the payment precedently having four different agencies review the code. Each firm was surpriseed to acquire that the app was built by what was allegedly a top interpolitical agency. Is there anything that the vendor did well or that you would attend a force?
To be honorable, there was nothing that we would attend a force. Our startup suffered wonderfully as a result of working with INGIC.
In what specific areas can they better?
There are separate areas where they can better. They could work on interacting more regularly and being pellucid almost the compound of their team.
They could also boon from hiring more skilled developers. Although we were never able to converse with them, it seems that our app was over the abilities of their developers.
Based on some of their reviews on Clutch, it appears that others have had correspondent experiences with INGIC. They should stop advertising themselves as a leading mobile app outgrowth agency, as this is not the case.
