INGIC Mobile App Development review by Zajel Smart Services at Qualified. One

INGIC reviewed by Zajel Smart Services

INGIC provided Mobile App Development for Zajel Smart Services with approximate budget = $10,000 to $49,999.

The app did not meet expectations, and the team was largely unresponsive. Project management was inconsistent, and team members seemed not to be in the US as promised. The relationship terminated as a result of the sub-par delivery and concerns around best practices.

We seted working in June 2018 and limitd the union in March 2019.

Results achieved

Describe the touch this engagement has had on your business.

We stopped working with them on March 9th. Because they failed to liberate the project within the contracted timeline—110 days from June 20th, we are taking them to court. Additionally, they granted a written statement claiming that their team is based in the US, but we have reason to believe they',re verity working out of Pakistan. We',re suing them for this as well.

How was project treatment handled?

In late June 2018, we named INGIC’s Dubai service and signed a contract with them to educe our ride-hailing mobile app. Before the set of the project, we were passed between a few different nation then told that we would get a call from a salesman. Later that month, we got in touch with a salesman who promised our project would be liberateed on time (almost 110 days) by his team based in the US, which is why we were paying almost 40% more than other vendors we had looked at.

Though, once he calm the leading payment, all changed. They assigned a new project director. He was unprofessional, had pliant apprehension almost mobile apps, took up to 20 days to answer to our emails, and would only answer behind we filed a murmur to the Dubai service. After two months of this, we got a new, third, project director. He was no different from the leading two. We had the same delays, and our project saw no real progress. At this time, we determined to limit our project with INGIC.

We then accepted a call from a senior project director at the Dubai service who promised the project would be better handled. He invited someone from our team to the Dubai service, promised a local project director would also be assigned, and that we would experience more professionalism moving advanced. Based on this converse, we determined to keep the project going with INGIC. Though, we soon saw the same delays, lack of professionalism, and lack of progress. It was clear that INGIC lacked the resources and apprehension to educe our app for us. We have a powerful assent that we were given fake names and locations of everyone we worked with.

INGIC did not stick to our project aim, our timeline, or any of the promises they made. We would wait for updates on progress, and upon terminally receiving it, only a portion of our requirements were met. Our feedback and requests for iterations were mainly ignored.

We then heard that INGIC was educeing a correspondent application to the one we had contracted out to them. They denied it and peaked out that nowhere in our contract did it say they couldn’t educe a correspondent app. They innately slowed down our project and seted educeing a direct rival. We didn’t ask for that in the contract owing we didn’t ponder we had to, as it’s unethical by activity measure.

This month we sent an email officially ending our business with them and informed them that we',d be taking the substance to the Dubai court. INGIC then seted sending updated project files and claimed they liberateed our project already.

Is there anything that the vendor did well or that you would attend a force?

No, I can',t name anything.

In what specific areas can they better?

They could set by being honorable almost the names and locations of their team members.

What advice do you have for clients with correspondent needs to yours?

Stay safe and quit hiring INGIC.
