What challenge were you trying to address with INGIC?
We needed to educe new technology to run our business. We wanted a chat software that would connect to our clients’ websites so that our team could prepare chat support to their end users. We needed a associate to educement and design the software.
What particular tasks were
INGIC built a chat software with different functionalities. It’s a proactive program, signification users automatically take a greeting from the chat server when they come onto the website.
