The project for my organisation was to educe a Mobile App for the consumers. I am a CEO of this organisation.

What were your objectives for this project?
The contract was signed and the work on project began in Feb 2018. The innofied consented in the contract that this project would be completed within 11 to 12 weeks. The completion date would have been in May 2018 . The propel date of the app in apple store was assume to be August 2018.

What were the reasons for choosing ?
I explored online and came athwart this organisation on Clutch. At the time I establish this vendor, the reviews were 5 stars. I touched them through their web website and the co-establisher named me.
Describe the project in detail.
I began working with this organisation in December 2017. After discussing the project with them for couple of months which included requirement gathering with their sales individual, the SOW was prepared and eventually contract was signed in February 2018.
When the educement began, it was not in accordance with SOW. As innofied was translateing SOW for their own convenience. The educement had many create which were send to me for testing. Though with each new create, anomalies from antecedent create were not corrected in the new create. This was a Repetitive effect.
Due to this challenge, we are quiet stuck in the educement phase and innofied refuse to make corrections and refuse to release rise code to us.
Were there any dedicated directors or teams that you worked with?
To my apprehension, there is one project director which is a point of touch for us . There are 2 accessional rerises for backend and 2 for the front end. Also, there are 2 rerises for backend API.

What results did you accomplish unitedly with ?
There is no outcome. As the project is on hold by Innofied. Innofied is not completing this project. The main functionalities of the app quiet has many errors. I have asked to wrap up the incomplete project and liberate me with the rise code, since 80% of the payments are made.
Currently, innofied has stopped responding to my interactions. There is no cooperation from their end at all as they are not prompt to share any work fruit they have completed till date.
How do you rate the interaction and interaction with ?
Starting from Phase 1, the workflow was ineffective. As innofied began to translate SOW in accordance with their convenience. Which was inaccurate. The liberatey of their create was on their own schedule ( usually weeks or months), however they wanted complete feedback and approvals from me within days.
The shortcomings were always repetitive in each create. All of shortcomings from antecedent create would be in the new create as well in accession to new shortcomings. To prepare an sample: there were 180 shortcomings I submitted to them, From total of 180, they declared 40 of them would be change request even though they were mentioned in the SOW.
Prior to sending new create, they would close the shortcomings that were not even fixed in the bitbucket.In the basecamp, they would claim with a statement that ",create is prompt for review", and ask for approval. I had to check each shortcoming individually to establish if it is quiet not fixed. This was to artifice me for my approval.

I also regret making payments to them via bank convey. I should have utilized a third party organisation to make payments which would have added some accountability on innofied',s part. I am unable to reverse my payments made to them.

The advancement needs to be made at see level. Their uprightness, treatment and accountability. I would commend staying miles away from this organisation.
