My organisation',s name is Communal Helping Hands Services and I am their CEO. We are working to create a business platform that interconnects multiple services from vehicles for hire to professional services to professional contractors.

What issue was the provider supposed to deal with?
Innofied Solution?We contracted with Innofied in August of 2018 to create a scheduled Professional Service oriented Vehicle for Hire application. This would give the faculty of choice back to the Rider as to whom their Chauffeur would be along with the discretion to request a specific vehicle type. We began with the Discovery phase which led to a ProtoType. After a few months for us to gain Investment funds we began the origination create in May of 2019.
What were your objectives for this project?
Our goals were to create a leading of its kind Vehicle for Hire app that allowed the Rider to really schedule their Chauffeur and/or vehicle type. We wished to include embedded viral marketing to help grow our application organically.

What were the reasons for choosing Innofied Solution?
We initially targeted Innofied behind doing an exhaustive Google search for vendors who had preceding executement in edifice a Vehicle for Hire app along with big reviews by their clients. We selected Innofied behind 2 rounds of phone calls. Initially we were a bit trepidatious. Reason being I had been in IT for 15+ years. Had had multiple dealings with India based companies. Usually extremely hard for them to comprise and apprehend our extrinsic and big picture. From the 1st phone call it was a grateful startle. Innofied was able to hear to our somewhat disjointed converse, as we had an idea but not a hard construction in locate, and granted precious feedback and advice. After that they suggested a 2nd phone call to debate their Discovery phase project, which helped hardfy their role and how they could be of help in designing/developing our app.

The project, as noted over, began with a Discovery phase. It was an astounding and grateful experience of multiple 1 hour phone calls over a couple month time. They were extremely entire in asking their questions along with providing suggestions/feedback on ways they reflection the application could/would office better. After these debateions they then put the words into a visual wireframe/prototype that we were then able to work with and harmonize to our specifications. We were then able to use this ProtoType to show/market to Investors to drum up interest in our Company, our Vision and our Project.
Were there any dedicated managers or teams that you worked with?
Initially there were 2 individuals who assisted with the Discovery phase. On kickoff of the developed outgrowth of the app Innofied built a dedicated team for both the Android and IOS side. They included a dedicated Project Manager and Team Lead. They built a aim of the Project via Base Camp to make interaction efficient and expeditious.

What results did you execute unitedly with Innofied Solution?
Again we have been gratefully startled and extremely grateful with Innofied as they have consistently bent over backward to work with us as this app is a 1st of its kind in the activity. We are assertion this not only from our perspective behind multiple converses with Riders/Chauffeurs during our 2 year market investigation/feedback phase but also from Innofied',s perspective of never edifice an app such as this. They constantly are assertion how excited their Developers are in developing something that is a bit outside the box and different from antecedent cookie cutter apps for the Vehicle for Hire/Ride Share activity.
How do you rate the interaction and interaction with Innofied Solution?
Workflow was extremely powerful via the use of BaseCamp. Even though we didn',t always meet our duty for their Milestones they always exceeded and went over and over on their side. There was rarely any effect caused by whichever their stress or time separation. Usually it was on our side not fully painting the picture of what we were attempting to execute. Extremely grateful for their always grateful demeanor and their willingness to go the extra mile to fix our contentment.

Most forcible is their power to adjoin along with the team they have managed to create in 2 different areas in India. They consistently meet and exceed see milestone. They',re always open to suggestions and tweaks to the app.
