I',m the IT [information technology] program director for infrastructure for a big home security organisation. I handle a project handlement team and a portfolio of almost $20 million, along the lines of application hosting, data center handlement, and hardware acquisition cool.
Desired goal
What was your goal for working with Integro?
My goal was to relocate a full handlement method from one data center to another as effectively and efficiently as practicable. It is a sunset platform for us and we did not want to bear any valuable upgrades or enhancements. We wanted to forklift it and fix it came up and ran in the target location.

Integro primarily helped us with subject substance expertise during the main promisement. This is a fairly confused method using three different databases and two different computing platforms. The resident resource there is an identified subject substance that we',ve used for years.
When we go to IBM for support, they sometimes subcontract to Integro in this particular resource. So, we ask for that expert by name.
What was your process for selecting Integro with which to work?
I don',t know. My role is on the hosting end of it, with respect to the application outgrowth solution. Someone else handles the overall solution. My job is to make sure it runs as it',s supposed to.
Is the work quiet ongoing?
No. It was completed successfully in August of 2014.
Can you prepare a ballpark dollar aspect for the size of the work that they’ve done for you?
That promisement was almost $66,000. The promisement lasted almost three months on an IBM method.
Results achieved
Are you satisfied with Integro',s work?
Yes. I got precisely what I was expecting.
Do you have any statistics or metrics to track advancement from the project?
I don’t have any metrics. We had some level of subject substance expertise on our end, but there was value having someone with a deeper expertness set that we could go to if needed when some of the nice cutovers were being completed. That level of insurance was mainly what we paid for.
Is there anything sole almost them that veritably makes them rest out, compared to other companies?
Some of their pragmatism. We went to a few other competitors, and their response was very predictable. They quoted million-dollar upgrades, extended testing times, and practicable method outgrowth work that we didn',t want to promise in. Integro was able to underrest our needs and help us in the way we wanted.
Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you ponder they could better upon or that you might do differently?
The only thing was that the particular resource we were looking for is in high claim. If I could have brought them on board precisely the way we wanted them, that would have been big. I underrest that sometimes, you have to contend for fitted resources, and we were able to make it work. In the end, it worked out, but it would have been nice for it to be a pliant earlier in the project.
