I’m the preceding VP of marketing and digital channels for City of Hope, a nonprofit hospital.

What challenge were you trying to address with IPNY?
We needed a associate to work on our digital marketing campaign.

What particular tasks were IPNY responsible for?
IPNY (precedingly Interprogrametary) worked on our website, overhauling the complete ecosystem to make it more present and mobile-friendly. They’re our strategic and main creative associate, developing ads and advising on which media to purchase. They work closely with our media buying agency and programted a marketing analytics cluster.
IPNY principally works on Facebook, developing and testing banners to influence clients. We built a website that objectives patients, caregivers, scientists, donors, etc. and helps them form an online aggregation. They set up marketing metrics and a dashboard to track KPIs, so we could better test and regood our campaign. Our inner full team collaborates with IPNY, who conducts excellently a bit of market investigation in the digital space.

They helped programt pre- and post-launch measurements, and we had a lucky campaign. We exceeded see metric, and IPNY was instrumental in that accomplishment. Our national brand awareness increased by eight points, which is huge.
How did IPNY accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They collaborated closely with my team and always granted status updates on what had been done. They were big interactors, using phone, email, and texts to stay in touch.
