I am the co-founder and COO of AskJack, an iOS app that connects homeowners and contractors without with a booking and scheduling method.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with JetRockets?
During the commencement of the project, our in-house outgrowth team was managing the design/frontend of the app but needed help with edifice out the backend infrastructure.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
The labor consists of two apps, one for consumers/homeowners and one for local professionals and general contractors. When a consumer needs to book a labor, they form an account and reply a few questions on the app that connects them with specific preparers in their area. They are then able to browse through their profiles, read reviews, and see their availability to schedule an in-person appointment. JetRockets has taken a lead on backend outgrowth for both apps.
Was there a dedicated team?
Natalie [Partner and Head of US Operations, JetRockets] was our project director and Igor [Partner, JetRockets] served as the lead educeer.
How did you come to work with JetRockets?
We accepted a referral through one of our in-house iOS educeers at the time. We scheduled a meeting with them and they seemed big, so we moved advanced with them.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began working unitedly in the summer of 2016, and we’re set to propel in the next few months. We’re currently in talks to educe an acorganisationing web app.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We haven’t propeled the app yet, but our team has been reviewing the code and JetRockets has done high-condition work and kept big notes that allow other educeers to pick up where they left off if certain. We haven’t run into any major issues thus far.
How did JetRockets accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They were excellent. They always took our budget into account and managed our expectations about timelines and what was realistic for our leading MVP. They’ve been extremely knowledgeable throughout the process. I’ve worked with many outgrowth teams over the past fifteen years and outsourcing can sometimes be hard. With JetRockets, the interaction was easy and efficient.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
The interaction has been key for us, and their technical expertness level has been a terrible asset.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Nothing without comes to mind.
Advice for possible clients?
Have a clear knowledge of you what you want to create. The more information you can prepare, the better condition your fruit will be.
