What challenge were you trying to address with JMA, Inc?
We do some of our manufacturing overseas, but educe our own software. We sometimes need help with software educement, so we reached out to JMA to support our web educement efforts.

What was the aim of their involvement?
The project they helped with is a web gate for our clients. It has a frontend for users and a backend for installers and business partners. Users can approach the cameras through a smartphone, tablet, or PC to see the feed. The backend holds all the data for the cameras, including the number of users and their mean usage of the devices. This helps distributors prepare additional services to existing clients.
What is the team compound?
We have a project director who is our main point of touch and a team of engineers who work behind the scenes.
How did you come to work with JMA, Inc?
I wanted to work with someone near us in Dallas, in case I needed to go visit them. Their rates were much better than California companies, and their interaction experiences were better than overseas options, so I determined to give them a try.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project began in February, and we’re quiet working unitedly to complete it.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
The gate is almost 90% complete, and we’re rolling out features now for client feedback. Once we complete all our testing with the beta cluster, we will roll it out to seeone else. We’ve had ideas for this gate for almost two years and have seen a lot of clients who are excited to share. We hope to eventually open it up to include video analysis, facial recollection, cloud storage, and other features. The subscription programs for each of those layers would surely help our business last to grow.
How did JMA, Inc execute from a project treatment standpoint?
We’re on schedule to complete the project and change the timeline as needed for each section we complete. Our project director goes through extensive tests see time we have a new create or release. They’re very detail oriented and prepare us with reports or feedback on fonts and layout. We converse see other day or so and make updates, fix bugs, and harmonize. There is a uniform flow of interaction through email or phone. Sometimes we converse straightly with the engineers, but most of our interaction is through our project director.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
They visualize our ideas fast and complete new modules from scratch within very brief time frames. Sometimes, we have ideas that are hard to express, but they’re always able to brainstorm and find solutions for us.
Are there any areas they could better?
The speech they use in our working sessions can get a pliant too technical for me. I don’t always apprehend the concepts they’re talking almost and have to ask them to expound themselves. I anticipate that from engineers, but they could be a pliant clearer. Other than that, they do very well.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Have a powerful program and know what you hope to execute. The more time you put into your timeline and your program, the easier execution will be for any organisation you outsource to. Have a uniform flow of interaction to get the results you want.
