As group account manager at historic marketing and PR agency Regis McKenna Inc. (RMI) she directed positioning and communications efforts for many of the technology industrys pioneers. She began her technology marketing career in 1981 at Atari Inc. where she managed the product marketing planning sales promotion and marketing communications functions in the game and computer product divisions. Karbo started her career at SRI International in marketing research. She holds a M.B.A. degree in Marketing and a B.A. degree in Economics from San Francisco State University.

Blevins began her public relations career at Eastwick Communications (now Hotwire PR). She holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from California State University at Stanislaus.

Mark brings over 16 years of Human Resources and Operations experience to the table as our Head of Human Resources and Operations. With a diverse background working in both the tech industry and at creative client service agencies Mark has built small startups in to well known mid-size companies. Mark is well versed in many different areas from build out amp; growth strategies recruiting employee experience amp; relations onoff boarding to all other areas HR related. Mark has built out companies from fewer than 14 to over 100 and scaled companies from 130 to over 260.
With a BA and Masters degree in communications Mark has a high level of listening evaluating and communicating with our employees. Having lived in San Francisco for the past 21 years he is also very in tune with labor in the Bay Area as well as having worked with global offices and employees around the world for a number of years. Mark loves to take an employee-centric approach when it comes to all things human resources and is extremely excited to be working at Karbo Communications that follows that same philosophy.

Ken is a Bay Area native and has been an active member of the community serving on the Board of the Sunnyvale Chamber of Commerce; as an Ambassador at the Cupertino Chamber of Commerce; and as the Stage and Entertainment Manager for various local Art amp; Wine Festivals.
He has also volunteered and helped raised monies for various non-profit organizations such as the American Diabetes Association-San Jose the Alzheimers Association-San Jose Family Giving Tree Second Harvest Food Bank and the Sunnyvale Earth Day Festival.
