Introductory information
A few words about your organisation and personal responsibilities
I am the CEO of a human resources outsourcing organisation that serves small affluent companies across the US
Desired goal
What issue was the provider supposed to deal with?
KDG?Create a brand new website
What were your objectives for this project?
Create a clear picture of our brand
Provided solution
What were the reasons for choosing KDG?
I met Kyle and his organisation as they came to seek HR solutions for their organization and I was very impressed with his operation, learning about it at a deeper level - so the timing was excellent!
Describe the project in detail.
They were very flexible as we had some of our own consultants that wanted to be involved to provide input. Never once did Kyle David',s group flinch and they could have because we had some high demands going through the process.
Were there any dedicated managers or teams that you worked with?
Our main contact was so engaged and interactive that it felt like she was on this alone. But of course, there was a team behind her handling various areas of the process.
Results achieved
What results did you come to together with KDG?
It is complete now, but as noted above, the interaction was exceptional compared to most vendors I use. The outcome was a beautiful website that represents our brand well.
How do you rate the interaction and interaction with KDG?
Very. They were receptive beyond what you would expect and they notified us weekly of all progress and next steps in the process. Any delays were completely on our end.
What exactly do you consider to be the key specialty of KDG?
Exactly what I noted above: 1. Communications that were consistent and clear
What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?
On our end we thought there were areas that they handled but they do not. Kyle David is a are business automation and technology and organisation vs. a branding/marketing firm so we brought in our own folks for this. It worked.
