Jed is an acknowledged privately held business expert. Prior to his consulting experience Jed ran one of Panasonics US companies and was CEO of a $100M privately held fragrance and flavor company. Since 2001 he has worked with over 100 businesses ($5–150M) to find their unrealized profit opportunities. With a command of the financial strategic and cultural facets of privately held businesses Jeds hands-on approach and personal accountability have saved money or assisted in the significant growth of virtually every one of his clients. One of his earliest clients dubbed him ’The CEOs-CEO’ and it has stuck ever since.

Kristin is an accomplished consultant and project manager with the rare ability to simultaneously assert control and guide up to a dozen projects across varying business and operational areas. Across her project management and contributor roles for various projects she particularly enjoys identifying unanticipated opportunities for even greater efficiency and additional client savings.
