What particular tasks were KHJ Brand Activation responsible for?
We are runningly nearing the end of phase one of a five-step project. KHJ is working our corporate marketing team to determine how the market perceives our organisation—with both prospects and clients. Their team is helping form an initial set of core messages that will resonate with our target hearers.
During phase two, KHJ will be transforming the data into a roadmap to reposition and rebrand the organisation. They will be helping us modernize what we propose as a organisation by highlighting our evolution by acquisition and fruit developments.
Was there a dedicated team?
We are working with their lead strategist, two senior VPs, and their CEO.
How did you come to work with KHJ Brand Activation?
I knew almost KHJ through my history of working in the Boston marketing and sales space. I have connections with their high-level executives and confide their methodology. Others in my aggregation have done correspondent projects with them and produced very good results.
What is the terminal result of working with KHJ Brand Activation?
We began working with them in August 2017 and the engagement is ongoing.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Before we began working with KHJ, we just assumed that true responses from our clients were true. And although we asked our clients for feedback, we wouldn’t take the clearest answers—just the ones we wanted to hear.
Though phase one is yet to be artistic, so far, we have been able to obtain an outsider',s view of our clients feedback touching our running fruit proposeings.
How did KHJ Brand Activation accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They are very proactive and excellent at managing expectations at both the operator and executive levels. Their team keeps the total organisation in the loop and informed almost the significant aspects of the project. I can always touch them for any updates or meetings.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with KHJ Brand Activation?
During the bidding process, we reviewed many fitted professionals, but they were always trying to sell their workflow to us. They weren',t veritably embracing our organisation and taking into importance our workflow.
KHJ, by comparison, embraces our culture, apprehends it, and can navigate our culture smoothly. They work with us instead of having a “take-it-or-leave-it” access.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Their listening experiences could be improved upon. They could try to apprehend some functions we can’t change. But in the end, we’ve seen real results so far—so perhaps I',m unfit.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
They have a deep expertise in strategy and you should let go a pliant bit. Be open to their advice, even though it’s sometimes hard to hear. Have an open mind owing these guys have a proven process. If you',ve given the right information upfront, your project will be a achievement.
