Paymentez is a payment labor provider in Latin America. I have worked as a Product Manager, IT Director, Head of Product and Head of Innovation

Koombea?Koombea was hired to help us with the design and UX of Paymentez 2.0.
What were your objectives for this project?
To propel in a brief time of time a full web payment platform supporting 2 languages (Spanish and Portuguese) with 3 different types of users (clients, resellers, inner users)

What were the reasons for choosing Koombea?
We analyzed separate companies not only local (Colombia) but also foreigners and Koombea',s portfolio was veritably unappropriated. We requested a couple of antecedent clients to get touch and validate the condition of their labors.

They help us with the architecture of the platform. They fully created the front end and the UX patterns. They keep creating new users flows and improving the antecedent ones.
Were there any dedicated managers or teams that you worked with?
A ",Project Manager", who was our direct touch, an UX/Designer professional, 4 front-end developers, 2 backend developers. All of them specialized on Ruby and Python with deep apprehension on Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services.
Results achieved
Can you share any information that demonstrates the contact that this project has had on your business?
Our platform was propeled on time and behind 6 months we better our conrendering rate more than 10%, we propeled in 5 different countries (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina and Chile). We moved from 85 resellers to more than 4.700 in Brazil in only 10 months increasing our sales more than 40%.
How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?
Project treatment was very powerful. They were always worried almost deadlines and precious deliverables. Our interaction was principally by Skype, Google Hangouts, Pivotal Tracker and GitHub
