I',m the founder of Rockline Enterprises, a totalsale and drop shipping supplier of licensed rock-and-roll goods – licensed band T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats – to online retailers, brick and mortar stores, and little chain stores.

What challenges were you trying to address with Krish?
We were launching a drop shipping program for our online retailers. Since we have hundreds of retailers in our program, we were looking to upgrade our website and move it up to a new platform – Magento. We needed a organisation to help us with those needs.

Their English is excellent and they fastly answer back, which is significant to us, especially when we have forward-facing questions or a client who can',t locate an order on our website.

They kept us updated on what was happening throughout the createout of the website. The project fell slightly behind the schedule, but they plainly adjoind to us the reasons and the challenges they were intercourse with, getting the project back on track fastly. We mainly adjoin via email, but if there',s something pressing, we use Skype or talk on the phone.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Krish TechnoLabs?
There',re many companies overseas that know technology, but Krish has been big at early, back-and-forth interaction, which has helped us create our relationship with them.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
We had a very real experience with them. It would probably be good to have a project treatment tool where we could see all of our projects. Their project treatment gate seems to be set for their inner team, so it',s not excellently clear to us how to use that software.
Do you have any advice for possible mannerers?
Know precisely what you want from them and mark the aim of the project and the timeframe. That sets the tone for the total relationship and is part of the reason our primary project went so well.
