Provided solution

They served as an extension of our educement team, handling the UX design based on requirements of what we were looking for. They produced low fealty mockups, wireframes, and a design speech. They were also very good at interacting the status of the project. There was one time where they were a pliant bit behind due to staffing issues, but they made up for it afterward.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with KRUTSCH?
They were very personable and competent. They have big creative genius.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Nothing comes to mind at the instant.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
My biggest direction would be to put boundaries about the creative parts of their work. If clients don’t know what they need, it’s very hard for a organisation to come up with a design that’s aligned with stakeholders’ thinking. It’s key to adjoin requirements and high-level goals during the creative process. There should also be checkpoints along the way.
