Vincent M. Oddo serves as Lingos CEO and is a 30+ year veteran of the communications services industry. Vinnie is a passionate leader who excels at growing and managing communications services businesses of every variety. Most recently he served as Executive Chairman of Lingo Communications and prior to that as CEO at both Birch Equity Partners LLC and Birch Communications LLC. Vinnie holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in Public Administration from Long Island University.
Bill Morris serves as Lingos CFO and is a 25+ year veteran of the telecom and technology sectors with extensive executive-level experience managing accounting finance Mamp;A and restructuring. Before joining Lingo he served as CFO of Lingo Kentucky / Tempo Telecom and previously as Co-Founder and CFO of M5 Systems CFO of Navigator Holdings and various senior-level experience with ALLTEL Bellsouth KMC Telecom and Calero Software. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas graduated from Northwestern Universitys Executive Management program and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Jason Welch serves as EVP of Carrier Services at Impact Telecom a Lingo Communications company and is a 25+ year veteran of the telecom industry. Jason has extensive senior-level experience managing Carrier sales and operational roles within the wireless and wireline space spanning domestic and international communications service offerings. Before joining Impact Telecom he held executive-level positions at Frontier Communications Telco Group Inc KDDI Global and XO Communications.
Chris Ramsey serves as Lingos VP of Sales amp; Marketing and is a 20+ year veteran of the communications services industry. He is responsible for managing and driving organic sales sales operations and marketing. Chris excels at managing multiple sales channels with an excellent track record of optimizing sales costs and ROI. Before joining Lingo Chris served as the SVP of Revenue at PuppySpot and previously as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Birch Communications. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religious Education and Psychology from Southwest Baptist University.
Grant Williams serves as Lingos VP of Client Services and is a 20+ year telecom industry veteran with experience building successful customer service organizations and supporting current and emerging technologies. Before joining Lingo he served as VP of Customer Care at Birch Communications and previously VP of Customer Operations at FusionConnect where he directed all customer-impacting operations as well as implemented strategic account management teams. Grant holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of West Florida.
Alex Valencia serves as Lingos VP and General Counsel and is a 20+ year veteran of the telecom industry. Alex oversees the Companys government and legal affairs including corporate governance and directs all regulatory policies. Prior to joining Lingo Alex served as VP of Regulatory Affairs for Impact Telecom. He holds an LLM in International and Comparative Law from Notre Dame Law School a Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Latin America Studies from Southern Methodist University.
Joe Haines serves as Lingos VP of Integration and is a 30+ year veteran of the telecom industry. Joe leads all integration and other large transformation projects while optimizing processes for efficiency and scalability. Before joining Lingo Joe served as the SVP of Operations at FusionConnect and previously several highly successful executive-level leadership positions at Birch Communications Earthlink Deltacom Network Plus and ATamp;T/TCG.
