What challenge were you trying to address with LookFar Labs?
We already had a corporate app, but we wanted to institute more features and streamline our back-of-house treatment. Each one of our camps could have between 100-200 dogs coming in each day, and frequently almost the same time. We wanted to make sure that we are able to track each dog’s specific needs, whether it’s their medication, their favorite toy, or food schedule. LookFar Labs educeed an API that would interact with our corporate app and a database that would help track data. Then, by placing beacons throughout the ease and then an echo-beacon on each dog’s collar, we are able to localize low-energy Bluetooth technology to track each dog while they’re here.

I interact straightly with a project director and three of their educeers. They have one educeer who handles all on the backend, and another who works on frontend outgrowth and marketing.

We began working unitedly in May 2018 and the project is ongoing

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
The app has streamlined our operations and allows us to centre on other aspects of our business, like client labor. Before, our front desk would archives notes almost each dog on separate different boards for our staff to relation, which was inefficient, created frustration, and was subject to ethnical fault. This new method saves a lot of time.
How did LookFar Labs accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
I would give them a top mark for their project treatment experiences. Normally, I head to their service for a meeting, and I’ll tell them what I’m looking for.
