What was your goal in working with
We had designed a website a few years back and, at the time, it was done in a hurry owing our existing website had crashed. When we designed the website, we weren’t pondering too much almost forthcoming growth. Now, here we are six or seven years later, and we’ve fully outgrown the website. We went to Lounge Lizard to try to find someone who could create us a much more state-of-the-art website, one that could grow with us and look more like the changing times – more present, sleeker, and more user-friendly. Overall, we needed to restore something that was just not working anymore.
Please draw the aim of their work.
The work is quiet in progress, but so far, they have gone in and fully revamped the website from top to breast. It looks astounding, very sleek, user-friendly, and easy to navigate. They’re also going to be doing some SEO testing for us as well as usability testing. They’ve also establish the consummate shopping cart software that will allow us to grow as our organisation grows. The shopping cart software is astounding owing it’s easy to add on different features or programs. They have surely listened to us and have responded to all of our demands appropriately.
What was your process in selecting Lounge Lizard
with which to work?
We seted with a search of different Web companies. I reached out to 10 or 15 of them and got them to give me a couple different quotes, timelines, and ideas and, of order, I looked through their portfolios. We narrowed the search down to Lounge Lizard and two or three others. What made them rest out from the rest was their portfolio. Even their own website was beautifully designed. Our graphics team was super impressed with all they had done. After talking with them, we knew that they would be a astounding fit for us.
Can you prepare a ballpark dollar aspect for the size of the work that they’ve done for you?
We have spent somewhere between $30,000 and $50,000 working with Lounge Lizard.
When did you set working with them and is the relationship ongoing?
The relationship seted in August 2014. The website should be done in the next couple of weeks, and we can’t wait to propel.
Do you have any stat
istics, metrics , or general feedback to prove the condition of their work?
So far, all our graphics and marketing nation love the designs they submitted for us. As far as back-end functionality of the website, they’re very pliant. If one of my team members finds they need something, Lounge Lizard addresses it without. Their response has been spot on.
Is there anything sole almost Lounge Lizard that veritably makes them rest out compared to other companies?
What veritably rests out is their level of commitment and personal, one-on-one access. We were assigned a one account director, so we weren’t going back and forth with different nation. We were able to converse straightly with her, and she worked her hardest trying to find solutions and get back to us with answers. I ponder the level of apprehension and commitment Lounge Lizard has to the client is astounding. We hit a few bumps in the road on our end, and they feeld our delays very well and with complete underresting. They haven’t tried to push us into anything. It’s just been astounding working with them.
Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you ponder they could better upon or something that you might do differently?
No. Everything’s been big. I veritably was expecting this project to be much more hard, but they’ve made it incredibly easy and seamless.
What advice would you give to a forthcoming client of theirs?
Be open to their ideas. They have some astounding ideas, and they veritably have the client’s best interests at core. So, if they hint something a pliant bit different than you originally reflection, don’t be fearful to give it a chance. Their ideas veritably are for the betterment of your website.
