1989: Moved to corporate headquarters in Blue Ash Ohio on a 32 acre site opened a pole plant and acquired Abolite Lighting and SGI Integrated Graphic Systems L.P.
1994: Acquired MetalCraft metal fabrication plant in Independence Kentucky
1995: Formed LSI IMAGES a Division of LSI Industries Inc. (menu boards for fast food market)
1996: Opened LSI Image Center
1997 to 2000: Went through a series of acquisitions: Grady McCauley Inc. (graphic products) Marcole Inc. (wiring harness products) Midwest Lighting Inc. (interior fluorescent lighting products) Retail Graphics Inc. (graphic products) and Acquired Lightron (interior lighting products)
2001: Consolidated all companies into one unified corporate branded identity. Entered into a License amp; Supply Agreement for Australia amp; New Zealand with Hamilton Lighting
2006: Acquired Saco Technologies (LED technology)
2007: Introduced LSI LED Displays + Digital Signage as well as the first-ever LED Canopy lighting fixture
2009: Acquired ADL Technology (LED technology manufacturing facility) and Introduced the iZone – LSIs Technical Education Center
2010: Moved Greenlee productions to Cincinnati Ohio. Built and opened the Electronics Manufacturing Center (EMC) in Cincinnati. Introduced LSIs Graphics Marketing Center in Cincinnati Ohio
2012: Acquired Virticus Corporation
