Rajeev immigrated to the United States from India in the mid 90’s; with an education in physical therapy and computer science, and began working as a physical therapist. He later started a business as a healthcare business consultant. Having worked in several rehabilitation clinics, Rajeev has learned the importance of good medical records for billing and liability issues and the importance of the good back and front office support to a successful practice. After experiencing a clinic saving money by outsourcing, he called Bob and “the rest is history”.
He manages the day-to-day operations of MOS from NY. With an interest in information technology, Rajeev has guided MOS to extensive use of digital technology and the internet that benefits MOS as well as MOS’s clients.
Rajeev, resides in Long Island, NY. When not working on MOS projects, Rajeev is doing things with his active son, or spending a little time on the badminton court.
With previous experience as engineer and hospital CEO, Bob and his wife began entrepreneuring in 1993 with Kruse & Associates; recruiting and placing healthcare professionals. In 2002, as management and ownership of Kruse & Associates was being transferred to long-term employees, Rajeev called and Managed Outsource Solutions was spun off.
With B.S. degrees in Engineering and Business, and an M.S. degree in Health/Business Administration, his experience in healthcare management and as an entrepreneur provides valuable vision and long-term planning as well as management to the OSI team.
Bob resides in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with his wife; and is often either preparing for or experiencing visits from several children and grandchildren. When not giving tractor rides, he can be found cutting wood or building (another) deck.

Dame is a solutions manager/ SEO strategist at MOS with experience managing low to large sized campaigns. His hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to the growth of past and present clients. Thus making it easier to personalize each client’s campaign to fit their brand and to reach their goals.
Being mindful of a work-life balance, he lives it out through his interest in yoga, sports, playing the drums, and taking trips to soak up knowledge from a variety of cultures.
Hired for her dental expertise, Amber brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the dental revenue cycle management (RCM) services to MOS. Having worked as a dental insurance coordinator, office manager, and a fill-in dental assistant, she knows how important it is to make sure everything is noted, coded, and billed correctly to ensure top returns in Accounts Receivables. In addition to this experience she brings to the MOS team, Amber’s true foundation is establishing and maintaining a high level of personal relationships between herself and her clients. This knowledge and relationship building is seen in her ability to help clients have a smooth transition to MOS’s outsourcing services. Amber currently resides in West Virginia. She enjoys spending time with family and has a heart of wanderlust.
Meghann joined MOS’s Revenue Cycle Management Division in February of 2013. She has a formal education in Medical Coding and Billing and over 10 years of hands on experience in the field. She is CPC certified with the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). She has a strong understanding of ICD-10-CM and CPT requirements and procedures, and regularly attends continuing education classes to stay up to date with any changes. Meghann has a great rapport with all of her clients, and has a unique ability to handle each Client’s account with the attention needed for success.. She works tirelessly to ensure she improves the efficiency of each client’s practice, and their cash flow through motivation and leadership of her team. She is presently involved in Medical Billing, Medical Coding, Verification and Authorization services for MOS.
Currently residing in New Jersey., Meghann’s interests include Music, Sports ( she is a big NY Giants fan) and spending time with family.
Natalie joined MOS’s Revenue Cycle Management Division in October 2011. She brings twenty five years of hands on management experience to the company. Starting as an EMT in New York City, she has held positions of progressive responsibility throughout her career – serving a diverse range of practices and specialties. Her experience includes all aspects of revenue cycle management, including multiple leadership roles and management of multiple accounts. She also holds a CPC certification by the American Academy of Professional coders (AAPC). Natalie further enhances MOS’s ability to deliver exceptional service to new and existing clients; having shown a talent to improve the bottom line of virtually all businesses that she has served. She presently manages Medical Billing, Medical Coding, Verification and Authorization services for MOS.
Currently residing in New Jersey, Natalie’s interests include medieval and Renaissance art and history, spending time with her family and entertaining.
Jan joined the MOS team in early 2011, strengthening both our Marketing and Support. With a BS in Education; and then adding RN to her credentials; her experience ranges from surgical and home health RN to ownership of a Medical Equipment company. Her expertise in customer service, marketing, and clinical knowledge; along with her positive and bubbly personality, make her a welcome addition to the MOS team.
Jan is a third generation OU grad and resides in Tulsa, OK. She is actively involved in non-profit agencies. Her sons, dancing, singing, and entertaining fill her with joy.
With some background in the healthcare staffing arena; as well as 6 years as Director of Sales and Marketing at a 4 star resort; Julie joined MOS in March of 2008.
Hired for sales and support, Julie has proven capable across multiple product lines and in early 2011 was promoted to supervise all solutions managers. Bringing her exceptional customer relations and technical skills, not only to clients, but also to all solution managers is proving to be a key element in the continued growth of MOS. Julie was instrumental in the creation of the medical record review division (and new web site); and has especially grown this division along with data conversion of all kinds.
Julie lives with her husband and three children in Eagle, Idaho; where after a busy day with MOS, she changes hats to “soccer mom”. Incidentally she occasionally dons a uniform herself in a recreational league, after playing varsity soccer in high school.
Every business has challenges; and in order for any business to thrive, solutions must be found for these challenges. And, even though we like to think positive; "Murphy’s Law" seems to be continually lurking; in other words, there will always be challenges.
We, at MOS, fully understand this, and our business model is centered on SOLUTIONS; for us yes, but more importantly for our clients. You have Challenges? We have Solutions.
So, in developing our business model, we asked ourselves how best to accomplish this? In doing so, we developed a set of principles, core values, ideas, etc;
This is one of those words/values that permeate all we do; so it’s first on the list. We’ve always liked the slogan first coined by Southwest Airlines: "Hire for attitude, train for skills". Yes, attitude deals with people; who we are, how we act (and react), how we care and what we care about, (our empathy), how we relate to others, and much more.
Again, drawing on smart (successful) folks: Tom Watson, Sr., founder of IBM, said""I believe the real difference between success and failure in a corporation can very often be traced to the question of how well the organization brings out the great energies and talents of its people." and Watson Jr. carried on that tradition saying: "the basic philosophy, spirit, and drive of an organization have far more to do with its relative achievements than do technological or economic resources, organizational structure, innovation, and timing."
So, our attitude is to help our clients find solutions, to work with them and each other, to be positive, to be honest, to enjoy our work, to make a difference. It works, for us and for our clients.
Related to attitude, yes, but without empathy, we cannot properly relate to your problems; let alone find solutions. With empathy, we listen to customers; we "feel your pain". Without empathy, we won’t develop the personal relationships with customers that we desire; that helps us meet a goal of "long term business relationships". Without empathy, we don’t properly care about the outcome of a project, from your perspective. Empathy helps us live our "honesty" value, again because we understand that one does not generally be dishonest with friends.
We recently formed an alliance with two other healthcare providers; and together, we are using a motto of "Integrity Matters". It does.
We include it as a core value, not only because we practice it, but Honesty and Integrity are core ingredients in TRUST, which is a core ingredient of long term relationships, etc. It is not only who we are, but imperative to our success. And remember, we measure that success by finding solutions for you.
This is easily one of those overused words; that has lost some meaning. Internally, we communicate, brainstorm, trust and like each other, respect each other, etc. However, very important to us is that you (the client) are also very much a part of the team. "We work for you" is another of those overworked phrases; but the essence here is that we are part of your team; we are here to help you meet your goals, find your solutions, etc.
Winning is part of teamwork, and that is what we want, but for you, and us. The proverbial win-win is an important part of all our projects; and an important part of teamwork; including all of us.
A phrase we live by is that we have to continually "earn your business. To do that, we have to give you value, i.e. "your money’s worth". These three words incorporate that ongoing attitude of giving you work you can be proud of (as can we), being flexible to accommodate your needs, and demonstrating we care by being there for you. If we are going to earn that "long term relationship" we know we have to have your back; and WE DO.
While not so warm and cuddly as "support"; we value staying in touch with (and utilizing) new technology and new ideas on a worldwide basis. We like to think outside the box. We are not afraid to try new things or take a few risks. Staying current is our desire for ourselves, for the services we offer, and for our clients. This is part and parcel to our desire to grow, both professionally and personally.
Yes, we want to stay in business. Yes, we want to prosper. But, we know and value that it has to be win-win. We use the phrase: "we will do all we can to make this work, except lose money"; and that goes both ways. We understand that the best way to "make money" and grow is to provide good, quality, timely, state of the art services; that will make our clients better; and to support those services in the same manner.
