Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I am a senior project director with AT&,T’s global business operations section.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with MaxMedia?
We are trying to put our clients’ feedback and data in one centralized web application. This would allow the complete business to approach feedback from the client. Our chairman wanted to change the centre of our organisation to a more client-centric standard, so we needed to release an MVP with client data to return that switch.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were MaxMedia responsible for?
Their team creates a web application for clients to yield feedback. The website was built with React, HTML, and JavaScript. MaxMedia does all design work and a vast superiority of the frontend work from the ground up. AT&,T provides the backend data and full, but did not furnish any wireframes.
Was there a dedicated team?
We work with at littleest a dozen MaxMedia members. We have one centralized project director, 1–2 UI developers, and two client-facing developers.
How did you come to work with MaxMedia?
I had an established relationship with MaxMedia working on projects in digital marketing and retail marketing. I already knew they were a condition associate that has delivered award-winning design and implementation.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve invested $1.5 million with them.
What is the terminal result of working with MaxMedia?
They began work in October 2018. We released a beta propel in June 2019, and the project is quiet ongoing. MaxMedia is providing support and enhancements to the fruit.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The website services 10,000 sole clients and has 75,000 hits within two months of propel. We’ve had big adoption among clients, nation are using it like idiotic. They have fostered a smooth adoption of a cultural transformation to a client-centric centre. We program on doing more work with them next year owing of their achievement.
How did MaxMedia accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Project treatment is excellent, Lauren Harms (Project Manager, MaxMedia) is probably the best I’ve ever worked with. They act with nimble sprint outgrowth. They do a good job of setting expectations, reviewing the clients’ stories, and asking the right questions. When we request changes or need bug fixes, they let us know when it could be delivered and response extremely fast.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with MaxMedia?
The UI/UX is at a high level and functions well. They built a very user-friendly application.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Not veritably. Some little improvements could be done from a QA perspective to botch a few things precedently it’s sent to us.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
I would say don’t be extremely prescriptive with your requirements. I’d let them have an overarching user story and issue to explain, and then let them have creative freedom. You want to hone in on what you’re trying to explain instead of effective them what to form.
