A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the head of a division for a household goods transportation organisation, VAMDODOMA LLC. Customers can order from different companies, and we furnish them with goods that aren’t useful in their city. We shape the delivery process from other cities.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mediaset LLC?
We needed to form an ERP method, which is the basis of our organisation.

What particular tasks were Mediaset LLC responsible for?
The ERP method connects all our business processes unitedly, including procurement, warehouse, and individualnel and client relations. It’s a big online platform that all stakeholders within the organisation can easily approach through their mobile artifice or from the web.
When someone calls in, we know that individual’s information and can address them by their full name. We can also see what they have in their order and explain any issues on the spot. These different tasks are practicable owing the method connects all parts of the business.
Was there a dedicated team?
We worked with about 15 nation in total, including seven developers, three designers, an art ruler, and four rulers. We were mainly in touch with the project ruler, and we also had meetings with the art ruler.
How did you come to work with Mediaset LLC?
We chose between different companies when it came to cost, condition, and reviews. Their portfolio was excellently forcible, which prompted our determination to work with them on this project.

We spent $480,000 in total.

We worked with them on this project from February 2016–March 2018.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
We can’t live without this method as see part of the business is connected to it. It functions well, and we’re satisfied with their work on it.
How did Mediaset LLC accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Our project began with the idea that we expressed to Mediaset LLC',s treatment. They began to instrument it and showed us how things would work, making some changes along the way. We were in touch through phone and email and also met in-individual. Our offices are in the same city, which made it easy to meet.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Mediaset LLC?
I was impressed by the condition of their work. There was very good interaction, and the instrumentation of our initial idea was very good.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
We wanted to have more furtherance for the website.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Do the application outgrowth at the same time for all mobile artifices. Have a very clear idea of what you want and the type of project you want.
