What challenge were you trying to address with The Miller Group?
People only saw us as a nonprofit retail store, but we served companies in accession to the mean consumer. We needed help targeting the right media and interacting our commission through marketing campaigns.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
The Miller Group worked with us to strategize and educe marketing campaigns. The advertising efforts included on-air commercials that they’d film at some of our flagship stores. Then, they’d pay to run the spots on television. They were searching to educeing our radio ads, both in facilitating media buys and writing creative ad copy. They also assisted our print, outdoor, and point-of-sale advertising by providing design concepts.
Was there a dedicated team?
Their creative ruler was implicated in the decision-making and attended most meetings. There were always 3–4 nation working with us at each juncture.
How did you come to work with The Miller Group?
I put unitedly the RFP and submitted it to numerous vendors that seemed to fit our aim and creativity requirements. The Miller Group met our criteria touching budget, neighborhood, and a lucky track archives. Also, we fastly educeed a good rapport.

We spent between $200,000 and $1 million.

Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We saw sales increase in correspondence to the new advertising, especially when commercials or radio ads were released. The Miller Group was straightly responsible for one of our most lucky Halloween campaigns. They designed a series of Halloween characters that used our logo and it was very able. It was done with a low budget and ended up alluring a lot of creative awards. More importantly, it captured the observation of not just our particular market, but grew into a national campaign.
How did The Miller Group accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They were very efficient, met deadlines, stayed within the budget, and their creative work always exceeded expectations. Reliably affable by phone, they were resigned as this was the leading time our organisation outsourced advertising work. As a result, they had to go through a rigorous proceeding of presenting to executive-level staff and guiding us through the learning process. Overall, they were fantastic.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They’re extremely changeable as they covered almost see front of our marketing efforts and frequently proposed new solutions. I can',t conceive they could’ve slashed budgets any more than they did. They gave us more value than what we paid. Their sole ideas were edgy, but never distasteful. The deliverables felt present and brought the organisation’s marketing efforts to the next level.
What fronts of their work would you like to get improved?
The challenge was adapting the practices of an advertising agency with the bureaucracy of a nonprofit. Though, they did big. I can’t commend any improvements.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
During the initial meetings with their creative ruler, prepare an honorable assessment of where your organisation is and what your goals are. After that, let them take the lead and that’ll make the project work for you. They’re surely equipped to feel it.
