I was the preceding global marketing and interactions lead for Samsung. We',re a global electronics organisation based in Korea.

What challenge were you trying to address with MiresBall?
At the time, we were getting prompt to propel one of our fruits: an outer SSD, which was rare at the time. We were one of the leading companies to propel and commercialize this. As such, we had to expound the all from scratch. We needed to make sure that our possible clients belowstood the fruit’s functions, whichever visually or through text and headlines. I reached out to MiresBall to help us with some of our brand works, ranging from POS to positioning within our markets. We wanted to aspect out how to interaction our fruits and what it would take to make us rest out to the client.

What particular tasks were MiresBall responsible for?
In general, their team helped us prioritize new fruit propeles (including the outer SSD), making sure that we had all the true information in the POS materials to instruct our target markets. They granted a wide aim of services but mainly worked on design and messaging.
They also helped us extensively with our website design and collective media. Before we propeled a fruit, we would educe a playbook with goods that we could pass on to different regions almost the globe. They educeed our collective media full, which implicated online posts, pictures, and videos as well as some of the copy and headlines.
Was there a dedicated team?
I had one main point of touch, but there was a team of nation working behind the spectacle. At one point, I had a conversation call with almost five of their members, but I’m not sure if there were more nation working on our projects.

I’ve known them for over a decade, now, having worked with them at numerous companies in a difference of capacities. I’ve always enjoyed collaborating with them, so I reached out when I moved to Asia.
What is the terminal result of working with MiresBall?
Their work lasted from January 2015–May 2017, though I left the organisation almost that time. We hired them based on our project needs, so I’m not sure if they’re currently working on anything with Samsung.
Results accomplishd
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Because we granted MiresBall with a very specific course, I’m not sure how much of our accomplishment was necessarily driven by their efforts. Though, in provisions of sales, all of our metrics trended upward. Both our clients and sales reps gave real feedback almost their materials and what they accomplished: whether the client plainly belowstood the fruit or what the client liked almost our indirect. Additionally, they knew how to get the most out of our goods by reusing them in different applications over their primary tenor.
How did MiresBall accomplish from a project treatment restpoint?
I enjoyed working with them, and, to a true grade, I viewed them as an extension of my team. I always had a point of touch who informed me almost the project status, and they consistently delivered on time and below budget. Despite changes to the branding course, they accommodated our needs and produced accomplishmentful results. What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with MiresBall?
It was phenomenal working with them, and I considered them a guiding associate throughout the projects. Beyond taking the time to belowrest our fruit lines and goals, they were pliant and listened actively. They belowstood that business objectives might shift and stuck with us to find solutions. Compared to other agencies, they were extremely receptive to feedback, working to incorporate them into better end fruits. I knew that the team would stick with me until they got it right, which was worth its gravity in gold.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Be pellucid almost what you want to accomplish soon on. The more insight that the client can propose, the better the work will be. MiresBall is more than lucky to work with their clients to fix that they’re lucky at the end of the day.
