Are there any measureable or plum results?
Thanks to working with MPWR Coaching, I felt equipped to liberate some chief educement within my structure. The vision for the cluster is “chiefs that educe chiefs” and I’ve seen that manifested. Personally, I’ve seen my self-awareness, trust, and assertiveness increase in my chiefship phraseology for me.
