Introductory information

A few words almost your organisation and personal responsibilities

BeatBiz is a workflow tool for music activity professionals. By aggregating the business and music applications they use to run their business, we are able to help them save time and run their business more efficiently. I',m the founder.

Desired goal

What issue was the provider supposed to deal with?

Mutual Mobile?

Mutual Mobile developed our beta fruit 1.0 for BeatBiz over the order of Q1 &, Q2 2019. They built an electron web app that works on both PC and Mac OS.

What were your objectives for this project?

Our goal was to create a functional beta that could try the concept of what we were trying to create with BeatBiz so that we could get it into the hands of some beta clients to give us feedback. We were lucky with the results of BeatBiz rendering 1.0 and we are currently in debateions almost rendering 2.0 now, precedently we go live with the fruit.

Provided solution

What were the reasons for choosing Mutual Mobile?

I met John briefly at an occurrence in LA last fall, and the timing was good for both parties, so we met in Austin to debate more details. After reviewing the project with his team, we set all in motion for the Mutual Mobile India service to help create out the initial fruit. We compared their proposals and aim of work with 3–4 other firms and we felt that Mutual Mobile was the most professional, answering, and best understood what we were trying to create.

Describe the project and the services they granted in detail.

Mutual Mobile took my InVision prototype and Sketch designs and developed, built, and deployed an electron web app for BeatBiz. We built a dashboard for artists through Chartmetric',s API, and built an i-frame with the power to easily navigate athwart multiple business and music applications. We also built the power to easily switch from artist to artist to save the end-user time from logging in and out of their different platforms.

Were there any dedicated managers or teams that you worked with?

The project team consisted of 5–6 nation in the Mutual Mobile India Office, plus me working on designs and making sure all was built correctly. We had project managers as well as front- and backend developers helping with the project.

Results achieved

Can you share any information that demonstrates the contact that this project has had on your business?

We already have out beta fruit in the hands of some of the top artist treatment firms in Austin. We are quiet in special beta, so we are not marketing the fruit heavily right now, but we have had good feedback from our clients. We have also figured out what needs to be changed, updated, or enhanced for rendering 2.0, which we program to create soon.

How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?

The project treatment was very powerful from Mutual Mobile. This was one of the best teams I have worked with in the software outgrowth aggregation. I was very impressed with their answeringness (especially with the 8–9 hour time change), as well as their power to execute on the outgrowth side. We are excited to last working with Mutual Mobile in the forthcoming.

What precisely do you attend to be the key specialty of Mutual Mobile?

Their interaction and delivery of fruits and sprints on time. By using Slack, Jira, and email, we were able to stay on top of all that was going on and track progress by Mutual Mobile.

What should be done better, if there are any desired imtryments?

I don',t have any areas for imtryment at this point.
