challenge were you trying to address with Mutual Mobile?
We had a client-facing mobile iOS app that allowed our clients to order wire and select the way it would be configured on the reel. Our clients voiced concerns that this labor was only useful through Apple fruits. With this feedback in mind, we determined to restore the mobile method with a web-based platform to give our users more options.
