Their interaction with me is sole. They are always on Skype and very answering. They send interactions straightly to our CTO so that we can keep the project on track. This saves time and betters the condition of the project.
Is there anything that you ponder they could better upon, or something that you would do differently?
The speech barrier can be an effect. They don',t converse Japanese, so we have to construe all documents and requirements into English. This has cost us some time and made the project slower. Obviously, it',s not realistic to have them acquire a new speech, so we don',t veritably have a solution.
