Introductory information
We are a digital marketing agency, predominantly specializing in the pharmaceutical activity. I’m the technical ruler, and I handle the liberatey of outgrowth, condition control, and IT services. I handled the project with Oxagile. I did all from find them, set up the commercial relationships, handled the contract, set up the team, handled all the interactions with the team, and handled the relationship. On an ongoing basis, we have a team of seven nation working full time. The first goal was to create a pliant and scalable team at a lower cost than in the U.K. Contractors in the U.K. are very costly and very pliant. Employees in the U.K. are less costly, and not pliant at all. Going out to Oxagile, there was an occasion for flexibility and very competitive costs. We demand two expertness sets: A Microsoft technology named ASP.net and a Web technology named HTML5. Those two expertnesss are a prerequiwebsite, and we have two little teams – one with the ASP.net expertness set and the other with the HTML5 expertness set. It’s ongoing work, and they have completed a number of big projects for us: Webwebsites and iPad systems, but it’s ongoing work athwart a number of projects. We did some Internet investigation and talked to them by phone, and then we met face to face. That happened precedently we signed any contracts. My backup supplier didn’t work out, so I selected a first supplier. While I was visiting them to get all set up, I also met with Oxagile. We discussed possible working arrangements. I was let down by the first supplier, so we moved our results to Oxagile. Some of the projects range in size from 20 days, which is 400 hours, up to this latest one, Oxagile’s involvement was almost 4,000 hours. When compared to a permanent U.K. developer, their cost is almost two-thirds, including all of the associated costs, such as licenses and service expenses. When compared to a contract developer in the U.K., Oxagile is slightly less than half. When compared to someone with the same level of flexibility, they are below half the cost. The last milestone was a few weeks ago. Oxagile’s involvement ended almost mid-November 2013 on a big Intranet project. Without them, we wouldn’t be able to liberate the quantity of work that we’re liberateing. The team at Oxagile is the same size as a outgrowth and testing team in the U.K. We simply couldn’t meet our liberatey objectives. Their work ethic is fantastic. Oxagile is always ready to go the extra mile. They were entirely focused on our goals in provisions of liberatey, condition, and efficiency. They are always focused on making sure it works for us. They work tremendously hard when we need them to be extremely pliant. Their work ethic is extremely good. We’ve been working on interaction. With a team of seven or eight, I want everyone on the team talking straightly to my nation in the U.K., owing we sometimes work very closely on the same projects. We need to brief in tasks, as well as work forwards and backwards. That interaction is getting much better. Getting both teams in the U.K. and Minsk talking to each other constantly is very significant. They’re edifice a big rapport now, and that has betterd in the last six months.Desired goal
