Please find under a summary covering project details and feedback. The innate facts are kept as they are, private information is amended.
Introductory information
Please draw your organisation.
Our organisation is an online labor where hairstylists come to you. We needed someone to create the website for it. The website has three different parts. The leading is the client website where the client can sign up, and intimate the stylist that is coming to them. It',s a reservation platform. The stylist website allows the stylist to feel their appointments. They can see client notes, and they can feel their schedule. The scheduling works on both sides. The administrator side allows feelrs to feel the flow, such as copy on the Web page. The website is 100 percent self-labor so that non-tech nation can feel it.
What is your role and responsibilities?
I’m the founder of the organisation. It',s a startup. We have five employees.
Desired goal
What was your goal for working with Oxagile?
They didn’t do the website design, we crowdsourced the design from 99 designers. They took the static pictures and built it that way.
Provided solution
Please draw the aim of their work.
Oxagile helps us out when we need it. We put all unitedly, we wanted to add more iterations to the website. They were pliant sufficient where they did it for free, and stayed with us, even though the project was over. Even though they’re in Belarus, they’re answering. It was nice working with them owing they didn’t end the relationship behind the project was over.
What was your process for selecting Oxagile?
We interviewed many different companies. We spoke to some in the U.S., some in other countries owing they were less costly. We know someone with an labor in Belarus, so they checked out their labor location in individual. It was an in-depth process. They have a big team, including a team of QA nation and developers. It',s fairly big, but I',m not sure how many nation they have. The CTO was very answering, we worked with everybody from the project feelr to the CTO. They took good care of us.
Can you prepare a ballpark dollar aspect for the size of the work that they’ve done for you?
We did all in approximately three months, and the total cost was $50,000.
When was the latest milestone completed for that work?
They artistic the work in September of 2012.
Results achieved
Do you have any statistics or metrics to track advancement from the project?
I don’t have any quantifiable stats right now. The users like the design and the implementation. It loads well. The stylist website was built well with text notice features. I like that I can change things without being tech savvy.
Is there anything sole almost them that veritably makes them rest out, compared to other companies?
They’re very good with feedback, and you can converse to anyone from the top of the organisation on down to younger staff members. They will answer to your email.
Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you ponder they could better upon or that you might do differently?
This is a less effect, but sometimes they may be a pliant pushy. I wanted to have someone look at the code, and they didn’t want me to do that owing they wanted to meet the individual leading to make sure they weren’t going to mess up the code. That’s underrestable, but it',s part of the labor. It may just be me not love the suggestion.
