What challenge were you trying to address with Panamera?
We had a brand that was dated and inconsistent, and our brand positioning and messaging were unclear. We were 20 years into our business but hadn',t modernized our picture. We needed a organisation that understood visual oneness and could help evolve our business.

What is the status of this engagement?
We seted working unitedly at the end of December 2018 and are quiet collaborating. The project was in two phases: brand oneness and the website, which is ongoing. Once the website is artistic, we will work with them on retainer for full fruition.

The initial metric was getting inner buy-in. Our executives were averse to make changes, but we were able to win them over fast. What Panamera showed in the leading review session gained approval right away. In the next phase, we will measure online ads and market response to the new brand oneness.
