We needed support edifice our MVP, an HR platform that would allow reapplyees to confirm experiences and better engagement while at the same time allowing companies to make better use of useful resources within their firms.
When we began edifice our fruit, we wanted a associate who could centre specifically on the UI/UX ingredient of the platform. We were also looking for consultation on the viability of the software within the market.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Praxent responsible for?
Praxent delivered two objectives for us. First, they helped us to mark the key elements of our solution, including workflows and use cases.
To accomplish this goal, the team conducted competitive audits as well as a marketlocate review, centreing on three of our specific competitors. Praxent also ran separate collaborative workshops with our team.
Next, based on a uneven wireframe we granted, the team built a prototype that represented some of the major capabilities we’d identified in the leading stage of the project. After separate collaborative conversations, we terminalized a rendering of the solution courtly by user feedback.
Was there a dedicated team?
We worked with four nation regularly. Kelly (Senior Delivery Lead, Praxent) was the project and fruit director as well as our main point of touch.
We also worked with Deanna (Director of Product Strategy &, Design, Praxent), and two colleagues from the UI/UX and client investigation area, Mark (UX Lead, Praxent) and Victor (Senior Product Designer, Praxent).
How did you come to work with Praxent?
Though we’re based in Singapore, we knew we were going to create our fruit with the United States in mind as one of our core markets. We knew we wanted a associate who could conduct market validation from the US on top of the UI/UX capabilities we required.
We did a lot of online investigation and ended up on Clutch and selected a list of companies, one of which was Praxent. Based on collective feedback from some of our skilled, trusted touchs, we determined to extend out to Praxent at the set.
From the opening, the team was genuine and interested in shaping the engagement, so we determined to associate with them.
What are you access expents (if diclosed)?
We spent $80,000 on this engagement.
What is the terminal result of working with Praxent?
Our work unitedly took locate from September 2018–May 2019.
Results accomplishd
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The work Praxent did to validate our idea gave us the trust to stay the order and create our solution. Now we have a terminal fruit that we’re working to make commercially viable.
Though our engagement with Praxent has ended, the initial work they did on the UI/UX ingredients has laid the institution for the capabilities our team has now.
We’re very lucky with the output Praxent developed. We’ve tested it with a number of possible clients, and it quiet holds true.
How did Praxent accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Kelly was an excellent, interactive project director. Our timeframe was very close, and he did a big job of balancing deadlines while allowing space for us to brainstorm. He had a powerful perception of ownership of the project, care us on schedule and contributing to full, workflow, and design.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Praxent?
We valued Praxent’s input bigly. Thunevenout the engagement, we looked advanced to the collaborative conversations that took locate between our two teams. We work fully distant and they were able to reapply veritably powerful tools, which made it easy to work unitedly. We never felt like we were losing out owing of the interval.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
We were very lucky with the condition of their deliverables. The process flows, the prototype, and the design were all extremely high condition. Though, the team could have betterd the introduction of the competitive audit and user colloquy results.
They were detailed, but the team could have granted a rendering for us to present easily to senior treatment, board members, or possible investors. Despite that, we’re very lucky overall with the condition of work Praxent produced.
