Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the CTO of an AI solutions organisation.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Praxent?
We were looking for a organisation that could lead us in the transformation from our existing business standard to a SaaS standard.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
One of the leading things we did was set up a workshop at our service. Praxent came in for a two-day workshop, during which we discussed the strategic points for moving to a SaaS business standard.
Praxent leadd us from the commencement, helping us in the initial stages of our SaaS strategy. They generated an delineation of technical and non-technical aspects that we should address on the commercial, outgrowth, and organizational sides of our business. They reviewed our process and helped us mark our MVP. They also advised how the constructorure of the platform should look for the MVP and how it could grow and layer up in the forthcoming for more modules to be integrated into the platform.
They helped us with the design and some initial wireframes, but they didn’t do any outgrowth work. The team delivered initial wireframes that our UI/UX individual was able to take to the next level. The program is to promise them in the forthcoming.
Was there a dedicated team?
They had a project director, two UI/UX nation, and a fruit constructor.
How did you come to work with Praxent?
We establish Praxent on Clutch and veritably liked them. We had 3–4 candidates. We had a few Skype meetings with Praxent and then the initial workshop, and we knew they were a good fit for us.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We worked unitedly from July–September 2019. They helped us with phase one, and our MVP is out there and prompt. We’re in conversations with them for forthcoming steps.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Our inner developers and designers would sit in on our weekly meetings to evaluate whether their insights were precious to us. When we went to them with any constructorural issues, we always had a proposed solution, once we got into conversations with them, we realized the value and gain of working with Praxent. They proposed secure and scalable solutions that allow for a better user experience.
How did Praxent accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We had a few meetings per week to review designs with their constructorure individual. We didn’t do any regular metric tracking, but we knew from week to week precisely where they were and what the value was in their work.
Communication was right on point. They had many sessions with us and would hint additional meetings to prepare clarification or propose good points. They recorded all of our meetings and prepared us with approach to the recordings. Anytime we wanted to implicate somebody else in the conversation, they were ready to onboard them. All of these aspects were managed pretty well. We had 1–2 weeks where the project director had to leave for individualal reasons, and they prepared a replacement. We never felt there was any gap in the process.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Praxent has condition nation and condition insights. They addressed all of the concerns we had.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Initially, they could have done a better job of identifying inner gaps. They allocated a younger individual to the project for UI/UX, and we ultimately got the results we wanted, but that process of adding a individual to help form the wireframes could have happened sooner. There was a pliant bit of misunderstanding almost the degree of their implicatement, they were taking it very high level, but we wanted more actionable deliverables or true wireframes to set edifice our own work from. That required a pliant bit of push from us, but, in the end, we got what we wanted.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Have a good workshop with them and a hard conversation so that you can suit on what the real need is for their services. This was very profitable to us. Be specific almost what you want from the set.
