Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I am the head of business outgrowth, fruit strategy, and corporate strategy for the retail arm of an energy preparer for industrial clients and consumers in the United States and Canada. We prepare staple services including electricity and intrinsic gas.
In approachion to providing a solutions-based approach to our clients energy decline needs, we also have a trading arm that is nimble in the totalsale faculty and gas markets athwart the United States and Canada.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Praxent?
We have an internally built client-facing gate where our clients approach data that’s kindred to their energy decline and a few other tools. That gate needed to be overhauled in provisions of its UX/UI to make it a pliant easier to use and a pliant more intuitive.
We were programning a bigr brand evolution and wanted to get that out of the way precedently we seted a bigr strategic expansion of the platform itself.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Even though the platform itself was homegrown in provisions of its functions, we worked with Praxent to veritably dig into and help us apprehend the psychological effects of the design and technologies that we were using, as well as how those were affecting the ethnical interactions being driven through the platform.

How did you come to work with Praxent?
I programt their team on Clutch, originally. The platform was incredibly helpful as a seting point for that search owing I was just able to Google UX and design consultants and then look through different companies’ ratings.
Our North American operations are based in Houston, so when I saw that Praxent operated in Austin I was pretty excited almost them owing it would allow us to meet with them in individual pretty easily if certain. They participated in an RFP with two other companies, but they veritably stood out throughout the total process.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
Our work unitedly lasted from July 2019–January 2020, which was our intended length for the project.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
They dug into both our work and our culture in order to prepare a more careful revamp of our platform, and that effort veritably paid off in the fruit that we got in the end. We were incredibly pleased with the work that they delivered, in big part I ponder owing it reflected their dedication to our account and their desire to rest behind the condition of the terminal fruit.
How did Praxent accomplish from a project treatment restpoint?
In my 3 years at EDF, I haven’t worked with a more answering third-party vendor than Praxent. They’re not just answering, they’re pronimble, which was an surpassing boon to the engagement as a total. What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Make sure that no substance what you’re looking to do with Praxent, you’re open to having them come in and veritably apprehend your business. Our structure was veritably open to the effort that we were belowtaking, so we had buy-ins from stakeholders athwart the business, but without that, it would have been much more hard to programt the level of consensus of opinions that made our engagement with them as lucky as it was.
