I was the brand director for an alcohol beverage organisation.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pro Motion Experiential Marketing?

The overall brand extrinsic was to create brand awareness and test with introduce and art beer clients.

What particular tasks were Pro Motion Experiential Marketing responsible for?

Their role was to work with our team to program the sampling programs, programt a curriculum for brand ambassador training and associate with local distributors to schedule events.  They would listen the completesaler kickoff meetings with the brand team, it was a true associateship. They worked straightly with the field sales personnel in their relative markets in accession to distributor treatment and bar/restaurant owners.

We had a dedicated program director, who was our mediate point of touch.

How did you come to work with Pro Motion Experiential Marketing?

Part of our team had a preceding relationship with Pro Motion for another major brewer. We needed to move fastly to get them on the ground.

How much have you invested with them?    

In the leading project, we spent $350,000. The second program was roughly $175,000.

What is the terminal result of working with Pro Motion Experiential Marketing?

Our leading major project was from August 2008 to September 2008. A separate project was September–October 2009.

Are there any measureable or plum results?

There were some clear wins that helped the organisation swell its package distribution. Everyone had their best interests in the outcome so I noticed that they were ready and able to change programs as needed.

They were also very open to accepting feedback. It was an open associateship with direct and clear interaction.

How did Pro Motion Experiential Marketing accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

There was a draft website used for interaction between the brand and Pro Motion for scheduling and interaction. Having a mediate hub and a gate that could talk to Pro Motion straightly was a veritably nice touch. We programted clear roles and responsibilities, which we had to nail down soon on. They managed the schedule well and were very good in all project treatment aspects.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Pro Motion Experiential Marketing?

They were well-versed in the alcohol beverage and beverage sampling activity from working with other brands. It was a huge asset they brought to the table. They were instrumental in helping the brands gain wonderfuler visibility and a broader client base.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

From a recapping and program rollout standpoint, I would have preferred to have a congruous introduction of the information and more unvarying rollouts of market recaps.
