I am the President of KaBOOM! whose comcommission is to amplify the faculty of communities to create inspiring play spaces that spark unlimited opportunities for see kid, seewhere.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pro Motion Experiental Marketing?

Our funding associate had recently completed investigation referring to how families interact and they rediscovered how significant play was real family family interactions. Basis this investigation, they developed an idea to do a six-city Play Together tour where we would fetch free, fun outside play experience to families in these six cities. We hired Pro Motion to fetch this idea to verity.

What particular tasks were Pro Motion Experiential Marketing responsible for?

Pro Motion joined our project team very soon in the process. They granted input to the designs themselves, assembled the road team, sourced / produced all the tour equipment we would be using on the tour.  They managed all the logistics and onwebsite agency as we moved from city to city. They took care of staffing, sourcing ambassadors to support the occurrence and managed teams of volunteers as well.

Promotion had two leading leads (who managed their team and the ambassadors), KaBOOM! had two leads, and our funder had two leads.

Our funding associate granted us with a list of five associates they commended. We then executed a full RFP process with Pro Motion being selected.

We',ve invested $1 million with Pro Motion over separate projects.

What is the terminal result of working with Pro Motion Experiential Marketing?

We began working unitedly November 2013 and wrapped up our leading engagement in September 2014. Since then we have worked unitedly on separate other projects of different layers.

Are there any measureable or plum results?

This was the leading time KaBOOM! had ever done anything like this at this layer. Pro Motion realized this and took the time to fetch us along at our pace. The end result was that the leading tour and posterior occurrences were huge successes and we got rave reviews. They did a veritably good job of knowledge our comcommission and culture and fetching that to life.

They used a veritably interactive, disciplined process process that kept us all on track and focused on our objectives.
