I work for a big cloud software firm. We have been acquired by a very big global confirmation. We liberate solutions to different types of clients that help them empower mobile work styles. We help companies mobilize their workforce to increase efficiency and lower costs.
What is your role and responsibilities?
I am the head of engineering. I was responsible for managing the project with RapidValue Solutions.

What was your goal for the work with RapidValue Solutions?
We had a mobile client that needed to add a lot of hard and confused features to their platform. We needed to outsource this work owing we didn',t have the expertise in-house. We were principally looking for a associate that we could use long term rather than a vendor for a one project.

They principally did outgrowth for the mobile project. They did a pliant bit of other types of work, but not much. They didn',t prepare any support.
What was your process for selecting RapidValue Solutions with which to work?
I establish them through a friend who gave me a referral. I believe that he had worked with them at another structure. We determined to set up a meeting with the CEO of RapidValue. He was very forcible.
We could tell that the CEO had put a lot of time and investigation into our project. We felt snug that they had the experiences that we lacked. Most significantly, they had a big work posture and worked fast. We need associates that can educe on an abbreviated timeline.
When was the latest project completed?
That primary project was completed in 2012. That project went extremely well so, we determined to prolong the engagement and increase the budget. We determined to work with them for an extra year until the middle of 2013.

They generally had almost 10 members working on our projects in 2012. We also retained a smaller team for the extra work that ended in 2013.

The project produced a big recur on investment for us, so it was an easy determination to prolong it and increase the workload for an extra year. The clients are satisfied, which is very significant. They were able to prepare the extra features that our client needed.

They are a smaller and pliant team that can complete projects much faster than bigr competitors. They don',t direct us hourly like many vendors. They get the job done always on time. Looking back on the project, is there anything that you ponder they could better upon, or something that you might do differently?
There was some employee turnover, which wasn’t big, but was just a less effect. They are a smaller team so, if they lose resources, it can be hard to restore competencies fast. This lessly affected projects but is significant to note. If they layer up some, they would not be affected as much by turnover.
