We’re a casino in San Diego. I’m the aggregation and collective relations director. My responsibilities include processing sponsorships and donations for the casino and managing web advertising and collective media work.

What challenge were you trying to address with REQ?
We’ve worked with them as a organisation for a while. When we no longer had a web team in-house, we needed an agency to help better our SEO rankings and make modifications to our website.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
We work with REQ on our fundamental search results. During our monthly meetings with them, they prepare us with our top-ranking keywords. At that point, we can commend keywords to target.
With our website, they add and form new functionalities. Additionally, they optimized all of our blog full and landing pages for SEO. If there’s anything new that comes up, we can extend out to them.

I primarily worked with Melissa (Account Director), but we also worked with Jeff (Director of Client Services), Lindsay (SEO Strategist), and Christa (Content Strategist).

Our annual bestow with them is almost $90,000.

We began working with them in 2015, and the relationship is ongoing.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Since I’ve taken over this position in that past six months, our month-over-month and year-over-year metrics are increasing.
How did REQ accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Communication has been amazing. Whenever I have an effect, I can call Melissa for proximate help. She gets tasks turned about pretty fastly. We adjoin mainly through an email line to help with streamlined interaction. I’ve named a few times for emergencies, though.
