I’m the chairman of one of the oldest and largest sauna manufacturers.

What challenge were you trying to address with REQ?
When we were a lot smaller, we were doing all of our advertising in-house but all was getting more confused. We hired REQ as extra support for these efforts we were managing.

What particular tasks were REQ responsible for?
REQ manages all of our online advertising, including PPC and collective media channels. We also work with them on SEO for our website to get the ultimatum position for all of our keywords. We do keyword investigation on a customary basis with them. Their collective media support covers Facebook and Instagram.

How did you come to work with REQ?
We came to work with REQ when they were a different organisation. Their chairman bought one of our products and reached out to tell us almost their services. We were looking for a team to do that work and they seemed like they knew what they were doing, unlike a lot of other companies.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
Our ad bestow is almost $2 million a year, and we pay them almost $250,000–$350,000 range.
What is the terminal result of working with REQ?
We began working with them almost 2016 and our engagement is ongoing.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
Our main goal is to increase sales and track it over the recur on our ad bestow, and they whichever maintain or move us advanced in those areas. We’re seasonal, so they keep good-tuning the efforts but we rarely move backward. If anything, all looks better all the time.

I don’t have a lot of experience with other companies, but from the few I’ve worked with, REQ’s biggest separation is how much they care. They are invested in making sure our project is lucky, not just running a campaign to make a commission. They pay observation to all of the details so the nuance allows us to be gainful in our work with them.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No, off the top of my head there’s nothing I can ponder of.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
It’s helpful to have someone with an knowledge of the online advertising globe and what the metrics mean for your business. What works for our business might not work for someone else’s. Knowing the high level almost how it works will help get the most out of it. No one knows your business like you do, so it’ll help optimize their work.
