A dynamic and hands-on leader who has spent the last three decades growing global businesses Amar built his extensive experience and knowledge through executive roles at various blue-chip Indian corporations including HCL Information Systems CMC and Air India. He co-founded RJT Compuquest (now DBA Apolis) in 1997 with his wife Rita and together they have grown the company into one of the foremost SAP and Oracle partners in the western United States.
Amar holds a Bachelor of Science from St. Johns College in India. After moving to the U.S. he earned his MBA from Dartmouth Colleges Tuck School of Business and completed the Owner/President Management program at Harvard Business School. An avid reader and world traveller Amar takes every opportunity to explore new customs cultures and global business trends.
A highly seasoned recruiter and expert in strategic partnerships Rita is a results-driven leader who has been recruiting and placing IT engineers in temporary positions since 1996. Along with her husband Amar Rita co-founded RJT Compuquest (now DBA Apolis) in 1997; and has since successfully leveraged her experience to grow Apolis staffing capabilities from the ground up playing a key role in extending the companys recruiting arm across the globe from Chicago and Dallas to Delhi. Her wealth of experience close industry relationships and innate determination make her an invaluable resource for sales consulting and recruiting throughout the company.
A trailblazer in her own right Rita was the first female sales officer for Indian Oil Corporation the largest oil company in India. She holds a bachelors degree and an MBA from St. Stephens College in India. She completed her doctoral studies in strategic planning from Kent State University. After a successful career in sales and marketing in India she moved to the United States in 1994 where she continues to drive business success today.
Sean has over 24 years of consulting experience advising and assisting clients with a variety of business and technology solutions including cross industry experience in IT services enterprise applications digital cloud practice development and management of global organizations. He has had a dynamic management career with extensive experience in major enterprise applications including SAP Oracle and major Cloud based business applications and has managed business units and Pamp;Ls for numerous global organizations. He has held various leadership positions with Accenture Cognizant HCL Technologies and KPMG focusing on practice development Pamp;L management business development and management of global deployments including Digital Transformation Cloud and AI/ML for both large enterprises and mid-market corporations. Sean has worked across major industry groups with extensive exposure to CPG Manufacturing Retail Supply Chain and high-tech with clients and resources around the globe.
Sean holds a Master of Science in Technology Program Management from Northwestern University an MBA from Purdue and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northwestern. Sean lives with his wife and two kids in sunny San Diego.
Over thirty years experience in the IT industry including the domestic and international markets working with companies from SMB to Fortune 100 size and scope. Eighteen years with one of the largest global technology companies including the responsibility to introduce new service offerings as VP of Worldwide Sales and the launch of one of the first cloud-based application hosting and management services for enterprise level ERP implementations. In addition to delivering solutions and value to clients his experience is that of a buyer and implementer. Contributing to the IT transformation of a Fortune 500 company from the initial planning economic evaluations solution vendor amp; consultant selection; project coordination through implementation and global go live. Ray considers having experience as a buyer and provider of solutions instrumental to his commitment to customer satisfaction and building trusted long term relationships.
Mark brings more than a decade of operations finance administration and strategic planning experience to the Apolis team. He launched his career in commercial and international banking with a focus on balance sheet and cash-flow financing international trade finance and asset-based deals. Mark then transitioned to the private sector as Chief Financial Officer of one of Californias largest packaging manufacturers and distributors for whom he oversaw due diligence assignments including an industry roll-up buy-side acquisitions joint ventures and a sell-side assignment. Mark then led several subsidiary startup operations in manufacturing and recycling as Chief Operations Officer of Goodwill Industries.
Mark holds both a Bachelors in Economics from the University of California Los Angeles and an MBA from the University of Southern California. Spanning the rival university gap he proudly sports his cardinal and blue on game day.
Ishaan guides strategy for sales and leads various business development activities to grow the entire portfolio of Apolis IT solutions and services. He brings with him a decade of experience spanning consulting sales marketing and business development. Ishaan is passionate about leveraging data technology and talent to enable innovation and digital transformations for his clients. He is particularly interested in advising organizations looking to implement ERP (SAP and Oracle) and Customer Experience (CX) among other SaaS cloud solutions. Prior to joining Apolis Ishaan was at Infosys heading multiple service lines including Oracle CX IFS and Kinaxis in North America.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from University of Illinois Chicago and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from Villanova University. Ishaan lives in Philadelphia PA with his wife. In his free time he enjoys cooking travelling and watching golf or cricket.
Timothy has spent the last 20 years in IT recruitment providing top IT professionals to Fortune 1000 companies across multiple industries. He has successfully led his teams through exceeding budgeted revenues and recruiting metrics/KPI by partnering with hiring managers and sales on market intelligence recruiting strategies and hiring processes. Prior to joining Apolis Timothy spent nearly a decade as the recruiting director for Volt Workforce Solutions where he provided ongoing training development and mentoring to the recruiting teams on processes new technologies and best practices to maximize sourcing and fulfilment success.
A Southern California native Timothy holds a bachelors degree in business administration from California State University Long Beach.
