I’m a managing associate at a financial services organisation.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Rugged Coastal?

We needed a creative associate to cool and rebrand our organisation, including redoing the website and other indirect.

What particular tasks were responsible for?

Our leading project was a rebranding exertion to solidify what we wanted out of the new brand. We then turned all our observation to the WordPress website, which Rugged Coastal built from scratch.  Along with the new website, Rugged Coastal also revamped the logo, organisation name, and hue program.

The website has both a open facing part and special gate, each with different levels of information. The open facing part prepares general information almost our organisation and the services we propose. The special gate contains much more information that we didn’t want to share broadly with the general open. Once we validate a new client and get them set up with login credentials, they can then approach the special gate and get more information almost our services.

Was there a dedicated team?

We have two main points of touch, one of them being the organisation’s proprietor, designer, and creative ruler, and the other a user experience designer and developer.

How did you come to work with Rugged Coastal?

A organisation providing other services to us recommended them. We’d worked with a different branding associate when we began the firm but felt we needed a change, so we hired Rugged Coastal.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

We’ve spent below $50,000.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

We associateed in November 2018, and the work was completed in May 2019.

Are there any measureable or plum results?

We’ve accepted real feedback on the open facing part of the website, and we’ve just launched the special gate. We sent an email blast out almost the new website, and we’ve seen an increase in emails being opened and time spent on the website, which is encouraging.

How did Rugged Coastal accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

They’re a little firm, which gives us direct approach to their senior team. We worked with their team almost on a daily basis, they had good project treatment experiences and were very interactive almost timing.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

Our team is wonderfully skilled in our field, and we have a plainly degoodd view of what we wanted. Though, Rugged Coastal was ready to challenge our thinking and push back to prepare an extrinsic outsider’s perspective when they reflection we could be doing something better. They weren',t fearful to be creative and challenge our ideas to make sure we were providing the best services practicable.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

Because they’re little, their resources can sometimes be extend too thin athwart numerous clients. That’s resulted in moving some deadlines, but it hasn’t been anything too hard and hasn',t affected the overall delivery.

Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?

They’re fair in their pricing and the type and timing of work they prepare and are expert at. If practicable, maintain interaction so that the relationship can be as fruitful and pellucid as practicable.
