What challenge were you trying to address with ScienceSoft?

They’re usually very answering and they’ll allocate a developer to our project as soon as we touch them. We haven’t had many situations where the method’s gone down, but they’re fast to answer when it does and they find a way to get us back online. They’ve done a good job of ensuring things run smoothly.
How did ScienceSoft accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
We touch base via email and then we use Jira for project handlement and teleconferencing. We use Skype for our business calls as well. They reply to emails within the hour.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with
Their depth of apprehension on both SharePoint and SQL was forcible. Other companies we talked to only knew one or the other, so it was lucky that we establish a organisation good at both. As a little organisation, we don’t always have the experiences in-house to resolve a major effect like method downtime.
