What challenge were you trying to address with ScienceSoft?

What particular tasks were ScienceSoft responsible for?

ScienceSoft supports our efforts through consultation, client request analysis, and platform implementation. Most projects implicate ServiceNow, a tool that automates organisation processes. Initially, this cloud application platform was used principally for IT Service Management (ITSM). The running repetition features modules for HR, financial treatment, and security.
