Introductory information
Please draw your structure.
Our organisation is named NextDecade. We are a treatment and outgrowth organisation of liquefied intrinsic gas (LNG) projects. We are currently developing separate projects in the United States. The project that Sensis has been working with us on is named Rio Grande LNG, which is a proposed LNG ship ease at the Port of Brownsville, Texas.
What is your position?
I',m the director of interactions.
Desired goal
What business challenge were you trying to address with Sensis?
We occupied with K. Fernandez Marketing, which has subsequently befit the Texas member of Sensis, just as we were commencement the soon outgrowth stages of this project. What we were looking for was an agency that had excellent local contacts in the area and was culturally well skilled.
With the high Hispanic population in that area, we needed an agency that could work in both Hispanic and English markets, specially for open relations activities and as separate support advertising on an as-needed basis. We',ve had Sensis on a retainer since then as well as doing additional projects along the way, including a lot of aggregation outextend in particular.
Provided solution
Please draw the aim of their involvement in detail.
Sensis was our open relations likeness for this project. They have largely been tasked with helping us shape aggregation outextend events, working with local media relations and helping us with our picturesque design. They helped us put unitedly the look and feel for the Rio Grande LNG brand.
They',ve also been working to help us set up many open events, speaking events, and open houses, as well as producing much of the print material that goes along with those events, then helping to adjoin information almost those events to stakeholders in the country straightly.
How did you come to work with Sensis?
We began partnering with them in late 2014 just as this project was starting to get moving. We felt it was very significant to find an agency that had a good knowledge of the local area as well as one that had broader open relations and advertising experience in Texas. I initially did an online search, looking at companies that had that kind of experience with offices in that area as well as companies that had experience within our activity.
I extended out to almost 10 different agencies. We set up initial phone calls with those agencies to debate what we were doing and how they worked, followed by a circular of in-person interviews. We reflection Sensis was the best pick, given our inner strengths and space and their power to support our project.
Could you prepare a perception of the size of this start in financial provisions?
We have spent somewhere between $50,000 and $100,000 working with Sensis ysoon.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
It',s ongoing, and we have them on a continual retainer.
Results achieved
Could you share any statistics, metrics or other feedback from this engagement?
We don',t have metrics, but I ponder Sensis has done a very good job in helping us extend the nation in the aggregation that we needed to talk to or get implicated with as well as helping us art our interaction for the local hearers. They',ve done a very good job of distinguishing our organisation from other companies that are also looking at developing in the country.
It',s hard to unite specific data owing we',re not a typical advertiser. We',re quiet a outgrowth organisation. The feedback that we',ve been getting from local groups, including local media, has been very real. I ponder Sensis has done a fantastic job in helping us get the right interaction to the nation we need to extend.
How did Sensis accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They',re very good. They',re very well shaped, which has been big for me owing I have an extremely busy schedule. They',ve done an unappropriated job kind my schedule and working with me in order to pull off what we needed to do, sometimes below very brief timeframes and in less than mental circumstances. Every time, they',ve managed to liberate on time and on budget.
They',ve veritably done a very good job at managing what we are trying to do. Their interaction with us and their flexibility have been excellent. They have always kept us updated on what we need to know on an ongoing basis.
What distinguishes Sensis from other preparers?
I ponder it',s their flexibility. In many ways, I feel that we',re their only client. I know that',s kind of a cliché. The way that they have been able to sometimes just drop all else, get what we needed done, and fetch in any additional partners, if certain. They',ve veritably done an unappropriated job of that. I',ve worked with a number of different agencies, and their power to find the time to get the job done has set them aloof.
Is there anything Sensis could have improved or done differently?
I',m sure there are. I ponder it',s a learning curve for both parties, whenever you invade a relationship like this. But, I can',t say there',s something specific that stands out. It',s been a very good relationship for the year and a half that we',ve been working unitedly.
