We are excited to announce that veteran technology leader Bill Wood has joined Serenic Softwares parent Sylogist Ltd. as our new President amp; CEO and has also been appointed to the Companys Board.
Bill Wood has over 25 years experience in the nonprofit and public sector market space. He started his career as a founding member of Blackbaud Inc. and held several senior management positions in sales marketing and ultimately as chief executive in a number of companies. Bills career highlights include successes in building sales teams amp; marketing strategies launching a SaaS charitable giving platform and leading a companys strategic transition from a niche license-based provider to a SaaS market leader.
Additionally Bill was most recently President and Chief Executive Officer of private equity backed FrontStream a leading SaaS provider in the nonprofit payments employee giving and corporate social responsibility sectors. Throughout his career Bill has demonstrated the ability to create leading impactful nonprofit and public sector solutions which are used by thousands of organizations worldwide.
