What challenge were you trying to address with Sidebench?
Primarily, we wanted a website revamp with some better integrations with our CRM. We were hoping to generally better the digital experience for our clients.

What particular tasks were Sidebench responsible for?
We’re revamping our complete WordPress website page by page, focusing on true aspects upfront. Specifically, we’re revamping the look and feel for website users. We’re also working the instrument single-sign-on to connect a few of our platforms and streamline data input on the admin side of the website. Our goal was to sum further with Salesforce and form some efficiencies with sharing data.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
We haven’t launched anything yet. It’s mainly been wireframe and concept design to this point. Though, the work is already very exciting. They’ve been helping us with the backend and with Salesforce outgrowth that’ll allow us to instrument some very profitable efficiencies.
How did Sidebench accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We adjoin typically through Slack and email. Spencer, however, is very answering to questions and actively converses to us on a customary basis, care us up to date on the process.
